The LifeTime Crystal Pink Stone
Nail File. Filing in a back and forth motion will
leave the nail smooth without frayed edges. This will protect and help
the nail from peeling, splitting or cracking. (optional):- Soften the
cuticle with the nail and cuticle cream, then use the rounded end of
the file to push back the skin around the nail. Then remove the excess
dead skin by gently rubbing, being careful not to scratch the nail.
(Steps
2, 3 & 4 are to be used on a bare nail).
The dark grey coarse pad will remove ridges and stains from the nail surface. Use firm back and forward strokes (15 seconds) to clean the surface thoroughly. For the health of your nails do not use this pad more than once every 2/3 months.
The white medium pad helps to stimulate nail circulation and growth. Use firm back and forward strokes (10 seconds). For the health of your nails do not use this pad more than twice a month
The light grey fine pad seals and shines the nail naturally. Use firm back and forward strokes to bring out the natural shine of your nail. This pad can be used as often as you like.
CARE:
The stone file can be washed with a brush, soap and water.
The pads can be washed by swishing them in soapy water and rinsed.
Let all the tools air dry or place in airing cuboard.

The very dark grey and white pads are abrasive, therefore excessive
or incorrect use could cause damage. Please follow instructions carefully.
